Need help and input on my build!

Since I got my car (02 Jeep Grand Cherokee) last year I have sporadically been upgrading my audio equipment.

Here is what is I currently have:

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-3400UB

Front Speakers: RF Prime R1693

Rear Speakers: Boston Acoustics SE65

AMP: Pioneer GM-5500T 820W

I know this is not the best setup and that is why I need help!

I would like to know what subwoofer I should get (only looking to get 1-2 10 or 12"). Also if anyone has any suggestions as to how i can upgrade my system without spending a ton of money! Im willing to get some new parts (amp or speakers) in order to increase the performance. Thanks for your help!

I guess no more than $800, but its flexible... As low as possible though

And I dont need any crazy bass. I mainly drive long distances, but want to be able to bump my music
