Need Help-amp strapping advise

I have never strapped amps before and am kinda a newbie to that kind of stuff.

I have 2 R/F 10001Bd amps and I am going to use/have a cerwin vega stroker 10,dual 2 v/c config. I was looking at the instruction to the amps about hooking up multiple amps, but it say either 2 amps to a single 2 ohm load using bd sync cable. or, master/slave setup but 1 amp to (1) 1ohm sub to each amp. I would appreciate any recommendation about how to do this setup. was wondering about using a maxxlink to help? this is going to be strictly for SPL/burps. so would amps at .5 ohms each be OK for 5-10 sec burst??
