need help amp making ringing, high pitch noise to speakers?

a yes i have a rf 450.2 amp to power my mids and highs, i have it temped in right now to test speakers and amp but it is making a high pitched ringing noise to the speakers, and when i push down on the speaker inputs on the amp it will quit for a bit then it will start back up, it will start quiter then get louder, please help. what is causing this.
