Need help/advice asap

Everytime i turn my truck over or turn the key back to turn my system on the subs i have all they do is produce a high *** pitch noise thats lous as hell! What could that be? I figured you experts would know! Help please!

i mean i dont leave it on long enough to hear its just really loud high pitch frequencies comin threw the subs and i turn it up and you can hear music coming threw them but theres still a high pitch noise? im thinking it could be my ground??
