Need Help Adjusting amp settings. Gains Phase....

I have this amp

I jsut got a diff sub to run on it a Dual 2 Type R the new style ones.

I need to reset all my settings, i know to do the gains with a DMM, but until i can whats a decent place to set it too. i have it at about 1/4 right now.

What i wanna know how to set tho is the Phase,Sub sonic & Low pass Filters. Where should they be about at.

Right now its Loud but i have to turn my cd player almost wide open to get the sound my old type R had. And then my highs start to distort. Also on some songs i dont get like any high bass at all and it ruins the song. so Any help is appreciated

ok gains are set and i have the phase on 0. Now i have the SSF at about 20 and the Low pas at abot 80. So maybe i can get away with those settings and not **** anything up. It sounds like my last type R so should be ok
