Need help. 2 10s and amp for $400 max.

Been a while since I've posted here. Maybe 3 years. My sister got a prefab for under her seats in her F-150. I was thinking 2 SS rL-i 10s would be perfect but its over her budget. Apparently they've gotten expensive over the years. Doesn't matter if they are used/refurb. I'm also not sure how deep the box is so let's keep it under 6 inch mounting depth so a single plate magnet or neo is probably preferred.

I know everyone hates Ben Milne bu how about the eD oV.10? Unless the price changed a bunch they can still be had for close to 100 a pop.

Sound Solutions Audio Dcon 10's and maybe Audiopipe 1000d for amp... Or find a decent amp in the classifieds. Havent ran the SSAs but have heard nothing but good things about all of SSAs subs.

I forgot Sound Solutuins made subs. Never heard them personally but also heard good things about them.

So what's still hot? When I left Fi was getting big. I never did install the system in my sig. Traded the trailblazer and sold it off piece by piece. Stiill have an MM4000 in my closet. What's up nowadays? Still Adire, DD, RE, Soundsplinter, Incriminator, eclipse, etc at the top or have things changed a bunch?

Man reading my sig breaks my heart. I never got to hear the germaniums on rainbow amps. I had a stupid active setup planned and never installed it. I'd give my left nut just to run a 9 volt battery across one.

So the mounting depth can't be more than 5.5 inches. Box is only 6 deep. Not sure of volume but I'd say 1.5 - 2 cubes sealed. And budget went up to 500 bucks. Any thoughts?

I can only add that re has changed. Mass manufactured chinese products.. I own one but I can tell the ingenuity to build it wasn't that high..
