40" wide by 13" high by whatever deep to end up with 5.4^3@28 htz after port, before subs. Double front baffle would like either a dual slot port with ports on the far edge of the box, subs in-between...or a single slot port right in the middle of the box. some bracing would be nice. Looking for 70-80 inches of port

let me know if your interested in doing it.

subs and port same side of the box...0.75" MDF..and the front baffle must be 13" high due to the sub cutout.

gonna run 2 12" XXX's on 2 20.1's strapped at 1 ohm if i can find another XXX......if i can't find my other sub by the time my car is painted and motor rebuilt...i'll put 2 BTL's in there

So you want 5.4 net or 5.4 gross? If it's 5.4 gross, how much net cubic feet do you want the subs to see? Like 4?

actually it'll be 5.4 before subs, after port. the subs are about .2 each so the box ends up 5^3 net

If it can only be 13" high, it's going to have to be **** near 35" deep because tuning to 28 hertz requires so much port volume. Can it be any higher than 13", or is 35" deep okay?

13 is that absolute max.....35" deep is fine. i'm taking out the backseat of my cutlass, box will extend into the trunk, but subs and port will be front firing into the cabin.

sweet...the only dimensions i need then are the port width (looks like 3.04ish)and how long is that second port piece?
