Need an amp zapco 204d?

I'm racking my brain trying very to find a amp that will push 150x4 at 4 ohms ,with good sq and under 300.

How's this amp? Zapco st 204d? I've never used anything but rockford. I installed hertz mpk 165 components in my car active with a dsp and I want to maximize the sound without spending more than 300 on an amp. Guys give me suggestions. Jl hertz audison is 1 step above what I'm willing to buy and ppi seems like it's 1 step under what I want. Give me something in the middle here

A left over amp from my older system. Rockford p400.4 60rmsx4 I'm way underpowered
