so i used to work at circuit city and got the lovely discounts on kicker goods. i used to run a 12 inch dual 1 ohm solo x and a zx2500.1 in my integra. it rumbled a little //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

but i at one point sold my goodies a while ago for a "smaller system" for my wrx. and i just threw my 2 type-r's on my zx1500.1, and i caught the bug again. i need BIGGER

i really did enjoy my solo-x and was planning on building the spec sized box for one (3ft @ 40hz)

but as far as amps go, the 1500.1 wont cut it. last i remembered i was able to nab the zx2500.1 for like $525 new. i still have friends who work there and can make this happen again. but what im asking, if you guys were me, what would you do as far as amps go? im not opposed to buying used, as long as its good stuff. SQ isnt mega important, because my car is built like a pepsi can with a turbo, and it will never sound "good" just loud. Im not framiliar with the more obscure manufacturers (like anything not kicker, mtx, alpine, blah blah blah), and if you throw a model out there, please explain power ratings and some sort of price if you can.

Check out techronics.com, onlinecarstereo.com and woofersetc.com, if u find something on woofersetc.com it's probably on the other websites for a little cheaper. I know rockford fosgate has some.amps in the 2000-3000 rms range.
