Need an amp stable under 1 ohm

I would get an amp that makes it's power at 2 ohms (like the autotek mm2000.1d). Then, running it at 2.67 should be pretty easy on the amp and it should run cool for a long time. You'd get less than 2000 watts, but you only need 1000-1200, and again...headroom is nice.

One question. Anyone know if a Zapco Reference 750.2 will work for me? Any idea at what it might play @ 2.67 ohms? I really want to have a matching zapco for my highs. Its specs are

http://www.zapco.com/prod/ref_prods/7502Frame.htm

Stereo, 4 ohms: 2 x 175

Stereo, 2 ohms: 2 x 375

Bridged, 4 ohms 1 x 750

T.H.D. + Noise:

S/N Ratio: >95dB

Slew Rate: >40V/uS

Damping Factor: >1000 @ 4 ohms
