need an amp (Jl Audio 450/4 used or other new)

I can pick up a used JL Audio 450/4 for around $200. I have also been looking at a new MB Quart ONX4.125 and a Soundstream RUB5.800. I also need a sub amp that's why I was leaning towards the Soundstream. I have a 10" JL sub but no amp.

Would I notice much difference in sound quality with the JL amp over the Soundstream? I'm not looking for super loud, just super clear and clean.
