ok, i have an idea, and just got commited to build it. what i am looking for- cheap or free amp that fits in a flat rate box, possibly something hopless, or you are tossing in the trash. what i would like out of it- a good torroid (circle thing with wire wrapped around it) useable connectors a plus. simple case.. that's about it. i don't care if it caught on fire and burned half the board, because i'm building one from scratch. got a blown amp, only to open it up and find all that weight was plates mounted next to a tiny board inside? i'm your guy to dump it on....... any help appreciated. free/cheap. possibly trades.

I've got a targa a9300(?), it sat in a truck (not hooked up) for 20 years, no physical damage, just worn paint, electronics are probably water damaged.

Make an offer, dimensions are about 12x9x4

You're building an amp without knowing the specs of the parts you're putting in it?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
lolz....... i know, for the most part, what is going in them, the full circuits are not finished, but i'm covering the supplies basis right now. you know- something to put them in, and cores to wrap at my leisure. for the past 10-15years i've had all i need to was new boards on hand, and i don't exactly want to share the skinny of my designs untill i have working models, you know?

how much are you trying to spend I got amp that's working but its kinda jerry rigged to work $35
details, please, pics help.

extruded waffle style pioneer look-alike? that would work cool. i just upgraded a 360watter.... pics please.... of guts

I could send you 3 messed up amps, one is a newer pioneer, one is an old school pioneer, and a cheap little jensen..

The Old School pioneer keeps blowing fuses immideately, the newer pioneer has a messed up ground, (tried replacing RCA's by myself, still didn't fix the ground, actually made it so it works even less) and the jensen is putting out straight DC power.

the old school pioneer is a little torn up I took the RCA input otu of that and put it into the new one.. I can send all of these for a pretty cheap price, the case on the older pioneer is pretty beefy.

I can send model numbers if nessesary, if i'm right the old pioneer is the gx series.

If you have any sort of interest let me know, i'll let them all go for really cheap.

i got a cheap Pioneer GM-X862 you can have. Here is a pic of the inside.

that would work great..... actually, i have a vendeta against those 2001 pioneer amps due to them being the pioneer name killers that sent them to the crapper after the buy-out. i remember how i, and everyone else felt once we found out how absolutely cheap junk they turned into overnight. i still have the deh-8000r that was pretty much the bigger selling point that sealed the deal. (first oelgraphics i.e. swimming dolphins, internal alarm, bridgable rear channels, etc.... all kinds of features never seen before in a head.... i digress..

Heres one, the fins on the corners are a little bent, otherwise just paint damage.

Yep, I could fit 2 in a medium if I had them, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif, I don't have any problem making up a box to fit perfectly to save some money though, just pm me with what you want to do.
