need an amp for 2 12 ts-w2000spl pioneer premier

i am looking for an amp that will push my subs to the max and yet not my check book

these speakers are rated at 750 watts rms 2000w atts max DVC 4 ohm

i am looking to spend about 450 on one amp or split in to 2 amps

another question is can one amp power them and not get too hot

jbl 1200.1 should push them nicly......and is one ohm stable....and can be had on ebay for 280 or so
