need amp suggestions

hey, im running 2 rockford fosgate 12" p3s and i need a new amplifier. does anybody have any suggestions you could give me? i don't really want to spend but like $200 on the amp =\

at least what ohm load you're looking for and how big

the subs are dual 2 ohms and i want around 800-1000 rms output on the amp if all possible

If you're going on the cheap side, I'd look into a Hypnotic V-1500, that's the Vertigo series. They're 850 rms at 2 ohms (2 ohm stable as well) you should be able to get one for 200-250 new, I think

alright i googled it but i couldn't really find much for it and the one i found is a monoblock, but i would like to find a 2 channel amp

the amp has 2 "channels" on it, I believe, I don't have one sitting right next to me though. but with a 2 channel amp you're going to have to run those subs at 2 ohms bridged, 1 ohm x2 (most 2-channel amps aren't stable to these loads), or 4 ohms x 2 channels, and that's just a waste.

you'd be best off to buy a mono block and wire the coils in series and the subs in parallel (or vice-versa) and just run them off one channel of a monoblock at 2 ohms

Audiopipe 15001D lol im on ever thread recommending this things....but its the best amp I've owned for the best price...It proves you don't have to spend 300 bucks for 1500 watts of real clean power

If you have 2 ohm dvc's, you need a ZX1000.1, PDX1.1000, JL 1000/1, or a JBL GTO1201.1II. You could get a cheaper amp if they were 4 ohm dvc's. The JBL does not have a subsonic filter.
