So, my current system is a kicker 08 zx 750.1, running to an RE audio SX series SX12 sub running dual 2 ohm coils. The problem i am having is that my amp is not 1 ohm stable, and its time to upgrade/ change amps!.
im looking to buy another SX 12 because i love the sub. however its not getting nearly enough power to its 1000 rms rating, and at 4 ohms my amp is probably pushing half that, if i am lucky.
So, all my requirements for an amp would be 1 ohm stable, at least 1600rms @ 2ohm, so i can run the amp low at 1 ohm until i buy another sub, and have enough power for when i have the second subwoofer in.
Would this be good? if not show me soemthing that is please !
