need amp suggestion for 2 18's dual 2 ohm

i need a bigger amp and need some suggestions ...the subs are the one/ones splaudio is building/built for me they are dual2 1500 rms 18's ....i would like to not go over 400 but a little would be ok but would like to stay under ...i have been looking at some soundstream ,audiopipe,hifonics amps and someothers ...also it dosnt have to be one amp i could run 1 amp per sub since i have one sub now and its on a kicker zx1500.1

He needs 3k at 2ohm or .5ohm

Used ... At 2 ohms Kicker and Fosgate come to mind. I don't know if he would want to run either though.

I saw a used Crescendo 3kwp for $450 the other day, but that thing does 4K at .5

It might be cheaper and easier to buy 2 amps for this.
