Need amp/setup Info

I'm fairly new to this so bare with me.

I'm going to have Infinity Kappa Perfect component speakers in the front with a 100 Watt rms rating a piece and will be running Polk Audio 6 1/2's in the rear with a max rms wattage of 55.

Before I was looking into speakers that had matching max rms ratings so it was easy to just buy a 4 channel amp and just be done with it. With this set up should I buy 2 2 channel amplifiers? Or is there a way to set this up with a 4 channel amp so that ALL the speakers will be recieving max rms power. I was also considering just letting the polks run off of deck power and possibly buy a 2 channel amp just for the front speakers. Any thoughts would be greatly aprreciated.

get a 4 channel amp it will be fine. 100x4, and yes they have 2 seperate gains

since you are in sarasota id call crescendo give you a deal with picking up the amp

Buy a nice 2 channel amplifier for the Infinity comps and power the Polks with your cd player...

Ok so you guys are sure 100x4 would be ok as long as I turn the gain down for the Polk speakers? I've never even seen one of these amps close up, does it say what rms wattage your are sending to the speakers on the amp itself?

yea id get the crescendo amp def, it has 2 gains one for the channel 1/2 and one for channel 3/4
