JL Audio 10's and Fosgate AMP

I have a pair of Jl Audio 10's (10w1v2.4) 50-300 watts rms, 600 peak. Will a Rockford Fosgate 3000-1 be good with this pair? New to amps and Speakers, so wanting to make sure the 3000-1 will push it. It's a 300 watt amp... not wanting hard hitting bass, I mostly listen to rock and want a nice crisp clear sound with a good bass backgrond.

OPinions? Would you say this amp is underpowering the 10's or right on the money?

That amp should do about 350-380rms at 2ohm. It is a good match
