Need Amp Recommendations (Comp and Sub)

Well, looks like an eBay deal might fall through as the guy hasn't really responded to a JBL P80.4 I bought a little while ago. If it does indeed fall through, I'm gonna sell my BP1200.1 and go with a different set of amps. Does anyone have any recommendations for a pair of matching amps to send 125-160 watts to a pair of Rainbow SLC 265s and 300-400 Watts x 2 to a pair of TC-1000 8"s (DVC)? I'm looking to spend 250-350 for the sub amp, and 150-250 for the component amp. I'd love a clean install. I can see what the trends are in speakers and subs, but amp recommendations seem to be so sporadic I don't know which brands outside of Zapco and Arc are currently good. Thanks to any amp gurus who help me out with this one. Thanks!

600w @ 2 ohm on the sub channel assuming the tc-1000's are single 4 ohm.

tonyguy is selling a memphis 2004 for $160 is classfieds. He says it's bnib so that's a pretty good deal. Then you could try to find a memphis 1000w amp.

How about for a clean install go with one amp? An Audison LRX3.1K will give you 160Wx2 to the components and 750Wx1 for the subs all into 4ohms.

Unforunately the TC-1000's are DVC. So Im looking for something that would do about 300-400 at 4 ohms. The old JBL could do 600 watts at both 1 Ohm and 2 Ohm, which is why I liked it so much. I dont see the Audison anywhere on their website, but a one amp install would be pretty cool to do and would save me some space, plus look clean. How are Audison amps overall? I've heard them mentioned here and there.

Audison is more higher end but I dont think they have any service centers here in the U.S. if anything went wrong.
