Hi all.
My current amp for highs is 2-channel 75Wrms x 2 @ 4 ohm, and atm this is driving my 5 1/4 speakers. It's going bad (one channel output is much lower than the other even when cranked to the max) so I'm going to need something new here soon.
I've got a pair of 8" MTX Road Thunders and thinking of using them as a pair of mids because my highs are too high and my lows are too low. I need something in between for better sounding music overall, but I don't really know the best way to go about setting this up. Is there a type of crossover or 4-channel amplifier I could get that allows me to hook up both my highs using high pass and mids using mid pass filter?
Thanks for any advice!
