need amp for 150 or less

So tomorrow I should be getting my kicker CVR 12" D2 400w RMS sub. I need an amp to power it. I need about 350-500w RMS to power it i'm guessing. I have $150 max to work with but would rather spend a little less if possible. It will be running off a stock power system in a 98 buick park avenue and i'll be running a 4 gauge wiring kit to it. Any suggestions or offers for an amp? Thanks!

I have a kicker 380w at 12 and 500w at 14.4 amp if you are interested.

what do the 12 and 14.4 voltages mean? i know about the ohm loads but i don't understand those voltage numbers. would that be 380 at 4 ohms and 500 at 2 ohms?

Alot of companys rate their amps at 14.4 volts and some at 13.8 and others at 12 volts. Rating an amp at 14.4 volts isnt really right since alot of vehicles dont carry a constant 14.4 volts so the wattage rating is actually high since the amp really will never see a 14.4 power source. Try to find an amplifier thats rated around 12-13.8 volts since most charging systems will achieve that. My truck with a 120 amp alternator and yellow top will stay around 13.5 volts under high volumes.
