Need Amp advice, rebuilding system

I need help rebuilding my system. I've had one amp go out and another that is on the way out. My system consists of an Alpine CDA-9835 headunit, MA Audio 6x8 (HK57c) components (in front, nothing in the back) and 2 Boston Acoustics (4 ohm 10.5LF) 10" subs in an enclosure. The amps that I had running the system are an Eclipse 3322 for the subs, and an Eclipse EA 2212 for the components. I temporarily replaced the EA2212 with an old Rockford Fosgate Punch 40 (old school!) for the components and its doing a good job. The 3322 needs to be replaced as its making a high pitch noise that goes away at times but is on more than off. My wiring is good and noise seems to be coming from the inside of the amp. Its old, I figure I should upgrade. I don't want to spend more than $200 and I don't need more than 500 Watts. I probably don't need half that. The MA Audio components aren't high end, I know, but they fit my budget and sound good at my volume levels. I may also want to add a set of components for the back passengers so I'd like a 4 channel amp for the components and of course, an amp to drive the subs.

What brands, models are a good buy....etc.

Any advice on the amps is really appreciated, thanks.
