Need Advice

I left my backpack outside the cafeteria during lunch... like a lot of people do. I go to a private school where theft isnt really a problem. Anyways after lunch my backpack was 20 feet from where i left it and my spare keys in the outside pocket were gone. I know i did not misplace them. Funny thing is they didnt take my laptop or calculator. So i figure theyre after my audio shit since they only took the keys. What the **** do i do? How expensive is it to get the locks changed on my truck? Can i insure the stereo against theft if i dont have receipts or anything?

wow you must live in a nice area...my keys, wallet and cell phone never leave my pockets. Just change the locks so you dont need to get insurance. Call up the local stealership...

I just found them. They were in the mulch. Im guessing the pocket may have been partially open and a teacher moved my backpack and they fell out. Its not so much i left it out bc its a nice area, but because there are like 300 people in my HS and everyone knows everyone... there hasnt been anything stolen all year other than a few calculators.

Traditional locks can usually get swapped out for around $100 bucks. But if your ride is one of them new fancy key types it is certainly more.
