Are you looking for everything for under 1,000. like sub, box, amp, wiring? or just subs and amp? Either way you have enough to get a good system.

get 1 magnum D2 $300 shipped & 1 Tsunami DB 1100 amp 235 + shipping(approx-$20 ground ), wires of ebay get the OFC 4ga wiring kit (

grand total approx--$700 . use the rest of the money for what ever u want . if u want to give it to a poor kid just PM me

Id get 2 15" Ed A's with a tsunami 1800 that would be about 900 bucks. Build a ported box outa 3/4 mdf and tune low for SQ (30hz) and any wire kit off ebay or walmart. And there ya go ull be set.
