Need Advice On Ex GF and Co-Truck Payment Together

Im gonna keep this short and simple! Pretty much i was dating this girl for bout a year and we decided to buy a truck. Ended up doing a joint account. Baught the truck, a month later we split up. Shes been doing pretty good on the payments, but the last 3-4 months she has been late and its killing my credit. Ive told her 100 times to give me the truck and ill pay for it, but shes being a pain. Ive also told the bank of the truck to just repo it cause im not paying for it unless i have posession of it.

im asking for advice cause im trying to buy a house, and that **** truck is the only thing holding me back. The Home loan banker told me to have her get the truck refinanced under her own name etc, but she wont cause shes a dumb *****!

I dont talk to her much cause she is brainwashed by her new boyfriend which she is pregnant with his baby, but her sis and i are close (her sis is sexy as hell too) and her sis told me she thinks she lost her job and drivers license because she got pulled over a couple times and didnt pay the tickets or somehting like that. I dont think she has insurance or anything on it. can i take her to court or something and use that to get the truck into my posession???

Well call the cops and tell them she took your truck and she has no license so the cops will hand it to you since your name is on the loan as well. But whos name is first? One of you guys has to be the co-signer.
