need advice /help...

i have a 2005 impala ls with onstar and stock radio cd player and cassette.

i have a alpine mrp-500 hooked up to two 12inch alpine type r 1243d i just bought and put in a sealed box my door and deck speakers are all factory for now my problem is when i turn up the volume the bass disappears is there anything i can get or do to stop this from happening with out putting a aftermarket head unit in i prefer to stay with my stock radio please any help or advice would be appreciated
