Ok longstory short lil punk teen broke into my house broad daylight stole ALL my stuff ps3 laptop tvs 600 cash shoes my babys tv other personal items got home made a report and police havent done anything its been 4 months and i kno i seen him i want to beat this fool up so bad i kno he is wanted he has a probation warrent and has really gone on a crime spree thru the neighborhood he brike into like 7 houses around here idk wat to do if i beat him like i want or anything i will get locked up for sure and i am ready for justice b4 i loose it somebody please shed light on this and help me figure out how i can get him apprehended i kno someone he told that be broke in my house over the phone can i see if i can record that or get them to testify

Plz help man i already got one strike n got to much to loose he has nothin but what he steals from people who hVe to work 50 hours a week

Have you and others in your neighborhood pointed him out to the authorities? I know how you feel man, same thing happened to me, but fighting him will only get you locked up. There are always alternative options, just be level headed and think it through. Some punk is not worth going to jail over.

Heck na i have a felony on my record nd im mexican they will bury me n there 3-10 days not in bossier try 12-18 months on a first offense dwi or 1st offense simple mary possession

If all you have is hear say its not enough if recorded it may not be admissible in court either because its considered a phone rap and only the cops can do that with a court order so unless he's caught in the act or enough of your neighbors point him out not much you can do legally. Button a personal note if he's a kid find another kid to do what needs to be done

police don't care. the justice system is a buisness, full of hustlers. your most likely gunna have to handle it yourself. get other neighbors to give kid a beat down, with a bunch of people collaborating your story your kess likely to go to jail. but do what you gotta do and i wish you luck.

Get some hidden security camera, leave your door wide open and hide alot of your valuables in another house or something and leave like $100 or something on the table and then show it to them hahhaa

It ***** when you know who did it but dont have the evidents to putvhim away. You said he is teen so you cant touch him if he is a minor. I dont know your local laws but in oklahoma, if you record a phone call both people on thephone have to know they are beng recorded. In person only one person must kmow. This is why cops dont need warrents to wire somebody up. If the punk will talk on the phone about it maybe he will talk in person to hem. Act like he is texting but using he voice recorder on his phone is totally legal. Video it so he cant denign it was him saying. Then take it to the police. While causing him physical harm would be more rewarding, the cost would very high. F you hire somebody, trust th ey wont say anything about taking money. That is a whole new list of charges. If you do best his ***, dont say anuthing thrrating just start swinging. That way you only get battery charges not assault and battery.

I don't know where you are at but beating someones azz is a misdameanor as long as you don't stomp them when they are down or use weapons, max offense 90 dys in jail, over crowding youd do less than 30, trust me, I know... and if he fights back its called mutual combat and then if you go to jail so does he, and you can whoop him in there and only get lock down, plus he'd get in way more trouble than you cuz he's already on probation... I'd probably whoop him, but I'd try to get my stuff back, and the phone recording is admissable in court they won't use it... Pay the kid down the street to do it!!! someone always wants some money!!!!

This is one of the dumbest things I have read, call the police and see who is handling the case and if they have any charges on this little ****. If he has been doing this **** to other people in the area then you need to call them up and see whats going on with their investigation as well. It is quite possible that they don't have any evidence/probable cause but you might want to find that out first before you go and get locked up for beating some kids ***. I don't know what the law is where you are but if you beat him good enough you can be charged with a felony. How old is this turn anyway?

Attempt to murder him, but get caught and go to trial.

Get acquitted aka plead not guilty and receive a verdict of not guilty

Get out kill him for real this time. Boom double jeopardy.

Also if you fail at least you might get a spot on Cops or something.
