Need a new battery.....which one?

Figure I could stand to upgrade my battery.....Question is, which one? Id like to stay as close to $150 as possible, so that pretty much rules out Kinetik.

I dont play my setup with the engine off hardly at all, so I wasnt sure if I should go with a Yellow Top or if maybe a Red Top would suffice for what I need.

Given this information, what would you recommend?

Those are deep cycle, right? Do I have a need for a deep cycle battery? I thought those were more beneficial if I was running the setup with the car off.

http://www.remybattery.com give you everything a redtop will give you, plus deep cycle for an even cheaper price. i've dealt with remy and they are an excellent company too. for a daily driver (assuming) and not running with the engine off, i don't see a need to drop a ton of money on a battery, since your amps will run off the alt anyways when the engine is running

Doesn't matter... deep cycles are made to take voltage hits like a champ... unlike the regular red top per say.

So it's just a good idea to get a deep cycle as your starter just because, in preparation for a system... just because.

Hmmm .... I'd go with this one. But it will stretch your budget just a little. I've had a yellow top in the past ... This one SMOKES it easily ...

I run the Stinger SP1700 Power2dB for sound. (same as Odyssey I hear).

I also run the Stinger SP1000 Power2 in the engine.
