Need a new amp for my AB TNT 15''

I'm going to order an American Bass TNT1544 and put it in a nice ported box. What's a good amp I can pair with this sub? I've been looking at the Hifonics ZRX1816.1D Zeus but if there is a better amp in a similar price range I'm open for suggestions.

You need a 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms. I doubt the Zeus amp will do even close to that much less at 2 ohms

The TNT only needs 800 watts TNT1544 and the Zeus puts out 900 at 2 ohms according to ZRX1816.1D | Hifonics...

That's max. Trust me. It might do 300 rms if that. It's hifonics low end amp also I'm a ab dealer. You'll need 1000 rms at 2 ohms

Well what amp would you choose to power the TNT?

Well what amp would you choose to power the TNT?

Find an alpine mrp1000 or a arc audio or kicker amp that's 1000 rms or better. These will be your cheaper choices. Other wise you'll need 1500-2000 at 1 ohm to get your power which will cost more money

Do you know the classification of Amp?

There some factors that with amp classification such as bass boost, RMS power etc that you should consider before you buy any amp.

Know well before you buy.
