Need a new amp and sub.....and YOUR help

Right now I have Memphis Audio 6.5" M-class components in the front...M-class coaxials in the rear with memphis m-class MCD300.4 amp. According to memphis at 12v it does 75x4 and at 14.4 volts it does 90x4. Bottom line is that the interior screams and has roughly 350watts inside the car. Right now I have a Alpine Type S 12" Sub with old alpine v12 MRV-t707 amp(had from previous setup). This amp puts out 340x1 @4 ohms at 14.4volts. So really I have more wattage inside the car which makes the mids / highs overpower the bass. Now I know I could always turn down the interiors, but thats not what I want to do. I want the interiors to match the bass from the subwoofer without having to turn down the inside speakers (I like how loud it can get if I want it to). So my question to you guys is what size amp and with what sub would u reccomend getting to put with the inside combination so that it all sounds equally loud? This is in a new civic which has a regular trunk and not a hatchback. I would like to stay with 1 12" subwoofer. Not sure how many watts would be necessary to make the sound equal. Was possibly thinking about the memphis audio M-class MCD500 which is 500watts x 1 at 2 ohms with 12 volts.

A kicker 12" L5 would go well.. Would give you a fair amount more bass than what you have now also.. Or you could also upgrade to a Type R...

I'm not so much looking for sub reccomendations but more less how much power I will need to equal out the sound of the interiors and the bass. Then after that is figured out we can decide which amp people would prefer.

Well i've allready told you that 340watts out of a alpine v12 amp and a 12" Type S isnt enough bass to sound equal to the amount of mids and highs inside. I mean sure i can turn the amp gain all the way up and the bass boost to +12db on the amp to get enough bass out of it, but thats obviously no good for the sub or the amp. So I guess we can go from there. Yeah, I like bass but i'm not doing like SPL competitions or anything. I just want the bass / mids / highs to all sound equal and not have mids/highs overpowering the bass. You guys understand?

How about an eD 13Ov.2 D2 wired to 1 Ohm on a Hifonics BXi 606 amp?

Decided on the Memphis Audio M-class amp... MCD500 (wanna keep my trend going)

500 watts x 1 @ 2 ohms. I called memphis and again they told me their amp is totally under rated. He said that amp actually puts out over 600 watts..and if I had a solid 14.4 volts going to it, that it would put out just about 700watts.

Now, which dual 4 ohm 12" sub do I get to handle that??

No, I'm not limited to them. I just figured i'd throw a few out there to get the ball rolling. I would prefer to stay around the $180-250 mark if possible. But by all means let me know what you think, and where to get it. Do you understand what i'm looking for by reading my first post??

For loud, how about the Kicker 12L5 or the 12L7? Or maybe a 12" Atlas? Regarded as pure SPL drivers, but you know I run my 8L5 in a 0.35cf sealed with 200w rms and it provides decent clarity.

I did think of the Memphis...its listed above. I was looking at the M3 12" dual 4 ohm sub. But just was wondering if theres gonna be something else in the same price range that will have more output or sound better / louder / etc.

OH!..Also I want a round sub b/c I just bought a brand new sealed enclosure. Its 1.30 cubic feet. Thats actually the nominal size for the memphis m3 sub. Which means no Kicker subs. Sorry guys

And also, I really dont care what the sub looks like. It doesnt have to be "cute" ...it just has to perform.
