Hello, my name is Bo and I am looking for some help with installing a pair of Subs in my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab.

I aquired a pair of 12" Kicker L5 subs, a Kicker ZX 1500.1 amp and a planet Audio PC10f all conected to a box which was in the back of a Ford expedition.I do not know anything about these speakers or amp or the planet audio thing but if some one knows, i could sure use the imput. I was wondering if i can install them under the rear seat of crew cab and what type of box i need to do that. I noticed an under seat box from a company named Sound Off Audio, will these speakers fit in that box and if so what size of wireing do I need to install it. I currently have a factory radio and factory door speakers (hope to change them to the Kicker ones so they all match) unless you think I should not. Also what radio would work good for this setup?

Thank you for your help, Bo

The Kappa's have a high sensitivity rating of 93 db so the X802-5 would be fine. A good high sensitivity 8" sub in a properly sized box would fit...
