Need a 12" that takes 1000 rms

Hey guys, I am planning to upgrade my system pretty soon, and plan on getting 2 12's that take 1000 rms each. But my budget is around $120-$150 per sub.

So far the only sub I found were

1) Pioneer W3002d4

2)spl -splw-12

Any other recommendations?

Really? I could have sworn that Alpine's site only has them at 500 rms a piece? I'm still learning though, so I could really be wrong.

The type R's are rated for 500 rms, Can they handle 1000 rms on a daily basis?

I am just a beginner, so I guess I have alot to learn but, I plan on power the subs with a Power Acoustik 4000

I wouldn't know, they don't make amps with 4/0 wire input

what's the power rating on the PA amp?

I say build your box or ask someone to do for you, prefab ***** and you will just end up wasting your money

The rms is rating on that amp is

1 ohm: 2200 watts x 1 chan.

that means you'll be getting around 1500watts from it, if that.
