ssd ported i just recently put in my 15" ssd ported 3.5 cubes a 33hz on a memphis 1100d

it is loud!! well loudest i have ever had!! rms says 800 it is underrated got 1100 going to it it is taking it like a walk in the park!! with the gains up

Yes I am more stuck with a 10 than wanting a 10.

It is impossible to say which would be better or louder. There are too many variables to even make a guess. They are both great subs IMO. Either would do just fine sealed.

If you have had 4 15's, I'm not sure your going to really notice that much of a difference between the two subs on the same power.

EDIT: But I'd go with the SSD personally.

I haven't run the 4 - 15's they are sitting in my garage.....got them real cheap.....but cant use them in my setup....all I've ever run is 12's...last 12's I had running were S12L7's 600 rms Hifonics to each one.
