Name These Subs

It isn't the sub, it is the company. Out of all the companies I have dealt with Adire has had the worst customer service. Hopefully things will start changing for the better now that they have subs out again. But the subs I have always liked a lot, and luckily for most of you guys you just have to work with dealers like myself instead of dealing directly with Adire.

HAHA....exactly what I was saying. I am hoping they get their act together on recones. If not I will see if we can just do them ourselves. That way we can make sure they are done in a timely manner and done well.
actually, the whole..them sending out recones is the reason i dont like them..guy talked about it, like it was a form of nuerosurgery or something. couldnt listen to him talk to me like i was retarded any longer so i just hung up and told myself never again.

you dont send em out..fine. but, please dont act like its putting together a space craft or something

Very cool. I REALLY liked the Mk2 brahmas, and am hoping these sound just as good.

And believe me the customer service with dealers is equally as bad. They were supposed to ship the subs out about a month ago, and it took us about a week to finally get in touch with them. But atleast we have a fairly decent sized shipment in now so we won't need to deal with them anytime in the real near future.

 
Man that sucks the service went downhill so much. You used to be able to just ask him questions and he would answer right back. First good sub I ever had was a Tempest. One of my friends bought a Brahma when they first came out, back when they had the tinsel problems. I think he had to have it fixed twice, but they did it quick then. Of course that was about 4 years ago.

Yeah I really like their drivers, I just wish Dan was always in and answering his phone. He just has so much to do these days, and now when we call we usually get other people. But hopefully things will get better.

 
if the cs sucks, and you need a recone, send it to RE and have them do something special and sprinkle some SPL dust on the cones while they're at it. Just keep the Adire motors.

are you sure this is something you should be talking about on an online forum as a dealer?

their customer service has been problematic, but DW and Dr Hyre have a commitment to quality, so i am sure these issues will be addressed. as mentioned, they are much more OEM focused now.

 
Why lie and BS around with future customers or so forth. They need to know, YEs you are getting a VERY GOOD sub, BUT when you need a recone, get a temp sub near, because as of now cs sux, and you wont see it for a year. I had to deal with this BS from them and came VERY close to not going through with order. But everything is fine now. Since me and Showrides have joined, we plan on doing alot with non-mainstream brands, AS LONG AS they have good cs. I don't want a customer coming to me and cussing me out because I didn't warn them about this. So yes this does need to be addressed public wise.

I agree with you. DW does an amazing job designing the subs. And honestly I just think he has bigger things to work on, like you said being more OEM focused. But the reason I said anything was because people began questioning the customer service the second I posted the thread. And I just wanted to let them know that yes Adire has had some problems in the past, but as a dealer I wanted to let people know that they will be dealing with us and not Adire. So now they can get Adire's ver nicely designed subs, and still get the customer service they deserve;)
