for the remote wire for the amp can i use a speaker wire (the positive side)? or what wire should i use??? heres the thing i have a remote wire that ima extend by twisting and soldering another wire on there, what wire could i use? thanks a lot for any help...

It wouldnt make a difference. You could use a speaker wire, and it doesnt mattery which side you use of the wire, they are both the same... Or you could just go buy however many feet you need of 20guage wire, of whatever size your REM might be.

I used 14awg stranded THHN house wire, but it really doesn't matter as long as it can carry the tiny current (usually under a few hundred mA) to turn on the amps.

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
