Sony Dream system or other auto DVD?

I'm just trying to figure out an economical way to get DVD into my Tahoe. First of all, is the Sony Dream System worth a crap? Supposedly they retail for $800 or so, but you can find them all day on eBay for $200-300. Secondly, can a second screen be hooked to the system? Two screens is a must for me. Can it be wired into a stereo system? I have a Kenwood X789 if it matters. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Sorry to post in the general forum, but the mobile video forum just doesn't get any traffic.
