-Observation-It's a common misconception that underpowering a subwoofer will cause it to fail thermally. I'm tired of hearing all this and that about blowing speakers with too little power.

It may not blow them but won't a clipped signal from an over driven amp burn up the voice coil??

You took it to literal man, what i was trying to say is that rock music is filled with intentional distortion that the kids cannot differentiate the difference from an unwanted noise from a wanted noise.

glue test has been done & gorilla glue absolutely blows, i'll search for the link, but this was done by case west university iirc & they did about 10 different glues, gorilla glue finished last & that makes sense, cuz the glue sucks.
