My XXX underpowered?wrong enclosure?

i have the same headunit and i can go down to -15 on the sub and still have ints presence felt. trust me check the wires on the sub, sounds like you may have wired it wrong, i have done that by mistake only to have to tear everything out again

the XXX isn't as loud... it also sounds like you may have your gain a little low, but it doesn't really matter, so long as you can get full volume.

trust me the XXX in my case has more potential, just had to get it figured out, although either sub is loud, xxx just sound so much better

we arent talkin a 10db difference in a swap... but the SX will be louder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. Louder is louder, whether its .1 or 100. Whether its very noticeably audible... thats up to the listener.
