This stuff will be going in a false floor in my '03 Mustang. Box will be 3 cubes after port displacement. I will be making 2 different ports that can be changed out easily. One at 32hz other at 45hz. Anyways if anyone has suggestions for me or comments I'd like to hear them. This is what is going in there this weekend.

Rockford Fosgate T210D2 x2 ( Will be mounted inverted )

Lanzar Opti2000D ( Will be wired to .5 ohms ) All the coils actually measure 1.7

Deka Intimidator Group 31 battery in the trunk somewhere.

Stuff that is already installed:

*Phoenix Gold RSD65cs Components up front running off of my Rockford Fosgate P5002

* JVC Arsenal HU

* Excessive Amperage 200 Amp alt

* Big 3 done in Knukoncepts 1/0 and a run of 1/0 to the trunk

Pretty excited to get started, the T2 10's are freaking monsters. Ridiculously big and heavy for 10's. I'll update this post with pics tomorrow and Saturday as I start work.

I know it's nothing spectacular or anything but I always like to watch people post pics and progress on their builds. Good way to get ideas and learn. Always nice to see the outcome.

Nice equipment... It's a good thing you've got upgraded electrical for that amp. It will eat a stock electrical no problem.

DCR = 1.7ohms. Nominal Impedance = 2 ohms. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Thanks bro, like I said it's far from an amazing build. But if this amp will make at least 1600 or so watts @.5 I think it should get decently loud and sound good. This is the first time I have ever messed with the T2's though. Excited to hear them.

Have any pics of you doing the Big 3?
No pics of me doing the Big 3, but I can grab you some pics of under the hood tomorrow when the sun is up if you want. It's pretty boring looking, just a big ground wire and a big wire from battery to alt. You can't see the 3rd wire it runs from the bottom of the engine to the chassis.

EDIT: Just realized you drive a Mustang also. You are probably wondering how I did the chassis to engine ground. The stock wire is pretty much a ***** to get to. Leave that one alone and find an easier spot. I'll get you a pic tomorrow. Other two are pretty easy and self explanatory. I think I may have actually run that engine to chassis ground in 4gauge because I ran out of 1/0. I'll get you a pic anyways and I'll be fixing that this weekend as well. Have more 1/0 now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Thanks for reminding me hehe

Thanks for the pics man. Yea that chassis to engine ground is the one I am dreading...How much was that Duralast?

Also, where'd you get the Alt/how much was that? Do I see a fellow 3.8? lol...

Yup it's a 3.8 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I believe the Duralast was $90. Was the biggest I could find to fit correctly under there. Comes with a 3 year free replacement and 8 year prorated warranty. Can't beat that for $90.

The Alternator I got from Excessive Amperage, thats the biggest you can have built for our car unfortunately, it seems to do extremely well though and I'm quite happy with it. After installing that and doing the big 3 my old T10001BD didn't dim the headlights a bit at full tilt. I believe it was $310 shipped.

As for the Engine to chassis ground, screw that stock wire. Just leave it alone and find a better spot. Unless you have access to a lift to get up under the car your gonna be working on that one for a while. The 3rd pics shows where I ran mine, it took about 3 minutes, it's out of the way and it works fantastic.

Let me know if you need any help with your Stang, I have been all through mine, taking panels, back seats, front seats, dash and everything else you can think of out. It all comes apart pretty easy.
