My very very bad day

yea I just need to vent. So anyways felt shitty at work and came home this morning. Ran in the house to take a piss and then I notice my laptop laying on the floor. My ****ing cats were fighting and knocked it off the table and now its dead. Apparently when it fell it broke the motherboard in half.. So not only was i pissed about that I got to get gas, pump a full tank into my car and my debit card gets declined. So I run home to get cash and go back and pay and call my bank. Apparently there was a shit load of charges on my card that I have no clue about and they can't tell me till they clear. The ***** on the phone tells me I can come in and check their records of things that have cleared against my checkbook. I mean wtf. Now I have to cancel my 4th of july trip and have to find some way to get money to get a new laptop. Idk im just ****ing pissed and apparently the card hit the limit for the day and now I have a balance of like 300. Wtf did I do to deserve this.

By law the bank has to reimburse you for fraud transactions within 24 hours, if they give you any shit tell them you know better.

They tried to tell me I would have to wait two weeks when someone was running around to different wal marts buying shit with my debit card #

Yea it just pisses me off that they cant tell me what the charges are for. They are claiming the charges were made by me and ive used the card 3 times in the last 2 weeks. All the other stuff Ive done has been via cash. And they wont tell me what the charges are till they clear in my account. Which is bullshit because its my right to know. This whole thing is pissing me off. My laptop wasnt brand new but it was like 6months old and now I have to try and come up with the cash to get shit done and Im stuck on this pos computer of my sisters.

Had someone trying to make fraudulent charges with my debit card about 3 weeks ago. Bank called me and we got it all sorted out. Luckily, none of the charges went through. The thief tried buying two airline tickets to New York!

Thanks man. The part that pisses me off is that they won't tell me what the charges are until they clear my account. Also she wouldn't let me put a hold on the card because shes convinced I spent the money but don't want to pay for it apparently.
