I have had this experience. I was 19 and was very unprepaired. I was like holy shit you could have warned me. The doctor just laughed and went on with my sample. It has made me never want to trust any doctor or nurse with dealings of the pecker. This is the kind of thing they should do like surgery let you sleep through the bad part.

Which part? And no, I did not get the swab luckily, although honestly, I think I would have liked some more evidence from the doctor to be sure I didn't have the cancer. Like he barely touched it and barely touched the bump. Guess he was right though, I'm still here (for now...knocking on wood). However, I have had surgery before...had appendicitis and then an appendectomy...and pulling the catheter and throat tubes out when I was barely conscious was probably just as bad if not worse.

That is how they detect certain STD'S like the Clap and Gonarea. The Bacteria from those stays down towards the end of your shaft and in order to detect it they need to stick a extra long q-tip down there.
