I see in this pic that the wall isn't completely sealed off. Build it up at the top and the edges, and seal the entire cabin off using expanding foam(or other means) . What your experiencing is some pretty big cancellation, due to it not being sealed off.

Looks very good other than that. Very intimidating //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif :D

yes it s a phoenix gold PLD that give 8 volt,i use it for the 2 spl dynamics, i have always used in the rear and it works good

i must sealed completly the box,but i dont know with what,i have a very very little wood(the same that i use for the finition for the amps and pld, only 0.2mm thickness, but i m afraid that there are vibrations

what do you recomended me for sealed my box? MDF or others?

To build a quality box I recomend atleast .75" or 3/4" MDF or Medite, 1" if it is avalible (not usually in my area)...

So seal it, there would be a few steps I'd take...

1st durring construction of the box, I'd not only screw each of the sides of the enclosure together, but I'd use Wood weld or the Best Carpenters type wood glue on all the joints where you join two peices of wood... This will actually make a stronger bond than the just screws. Once you know its built solid and that its had time to dry, I'd caulk the inside edges/joints with some tipe of Silicone caulking... Run a thick bead as tightly as you can in each joint, then come back with a spoon or something simmilar to smooth it to ensure a good application with no pinhole, bubbles or pockets... Then, let that dry overnight or however long it takes...

Also, something else you can try, is painting or coating the whole inside of the box with a few layers of Fiberglass resin/Catalyst mix... Some people say the MDF itself is pourous (very microscopicly, I'd say)...

If you don't have any bracing inside your box, you may also want to add that. Note it will eat up enclosure volume and would need to be accounted for...

Just an opinion, but I think any box where any pannel is over 24" long, in any direction, it could use bracing to prevent flexing which could lead to leaks and sounds from vibration, cause loss of SPL and or SQ....
