actually, it is considered by many to be a good sq sub. Just because you hate ED doesn't mean you have to factor that in how the sq is. Btw, it basically the same as the ID8v.3 mentioned earlier, and you didn't say anything about that one.

I've heard the 9k, and I'm not impressed with it for SQ. It sounds alright to me, but that's it. It's nothing special, IMO. CMP, Rl-i, Assassins, all sound better to me. That's just me.

And the ID being the same would only be true if they are built in the same buildhouse, which if you believe Ben, would mean made in eD's own buildhouse or in ID's, and if that's the case, ID needs to get on Ben's case for trying to say that it's a ground-up design from eD.

I won't buy a single thing from Ben. If the company were ran by someone else with real business sense and a conscience, I'd buy their products. Until then, I'll take my money elsewhere. I'd rather not support the lying prick.

New Assassins are D4 only. Can't run 2 @ 2 ohms. 600 would probably be too much power for one. A single Rl-i @ 4 ohms ported on 300 should do quite well.
