i have right now an interfire pro v 15, 2700 max and 1300rms and a audiopipe txx be 15 2000max 1000rms both dual 4ohm. there wired down to 1 ohm in my audiopipe 15001d, big 3 extra battery, just the basics. i wanted to know what i could do with these subs to get the most spl, changing the amp or subs is not an option rite now, what shud i do for a box, rite now there in junk pre fab boxs, i dont really care if it sounds some what bad i just want to be loud as possible no wall, i want to do a box bout 28"x36"x18" what you guys got for me any help is appreciated

so both subs in 1 box or only run 1 sub or both subs in seprate boxs, what shud i do bout dat
I use a dedicated box/chamber per sub woofer.Seems to be best for my needs. If one goes, you still have the other to at least run at a different ohm load and not having to worry about trying to get another sub in place for the air space..thats just me.The subs seem to perform better in my opinion that way/different chambers

a wall is not an option the tallest the box can possibly be is 24". and what do you mean by 20" of port per cube? i do not understand, im not a box wiz but i can assmble boxs rather well

All sides of box should be 1.5" thick is what I meant (2 layers of 3/4" wood = double wall)

Assuming you use your max dimensions you wind up with 5 or 5.5 cubic feet after port, wood, and sub(s). 100 to 110 square inches of port = 20" square per cube of volume.

Generally speaking if you're trying to get loud it's hard to have too much port area or tune too high.

will this work then? i found the box wud be 6.589 cubes, then if i tuned the box to 35 the port wud be 20" tall 5" wide and 22.63" deep, hows that sound?
