My Rear view mirror wont stay on!

The rear view mirror in my town car just won't stay on its got some sensors on it so its a little heavier then a normal one, Ive used the glue kit from pep boys 3 times, the third I let sit for over 24 hours before putting the mirror on, every time I scraped everything off and acetone the surface and gave time for the acetone to dry. Is there anything stronger then the pep boys kits?

The only thing I use my rear view mirror for is to watch out for those pesky porkers
