that is black paint...
it seems, the people in Japan failed to mention the 7 or so areas of damage on the car (scrapes, scuffs, etc) and seemed to think, that painting over them with black paint, and a brush, would make it alright...

well, I'm aiming for $500 back... which would pay for paint, and labour to respray both front, and rear bumpers, I hope...

however, I'm looking at putting a body kit on it, but, we'll see what happens...
