it wasn't even mentioned to me, I just noticed it in the pic, I assumed, if there was anything else, I would have been told about it, seeing as my last car, bought through these people, they mentioned the cracked paint on the rear bumper.

I agreed to buy a car, with no major panel damage listed, I assumed I'd get the same.

I'm quite happy to take legal action against whomever I have to...

how much do you guys seriously think it would cost to fix?

I should take it to a few places, and get quotes...

my latest email reads as follows:

it has been suggested to me, that I do not accept any less than $800 back.
now, the car did end up costing me about $600 more than I was first quoted, due to yourself (for some reason) not knowing the correct transport cost of the vehicle, etc, so, I see it as only fair, if you chip in $300, to bring the refund to $800.

afterall, you have gotten $1000 from me, for what seems like not much work at all, and I haven't exactly been kept in the loop as to what was happening with my car most of the time.

your cooperation would be much appreciated.

it would take a while for us foreigners to learn to drive one of them.

Not nearly so long as you would think.

It took me less than 2 weeks to get used to a right-hand drive car and the left side of the road.

Driving my brother-in-law's car took a bit more getting used to as I'm just not physically used to having to use my left hand/arm to shift (his car is a manual) but that didn't take too terribly long, either. Since the pedals are in the same order (clutch, brake, gas left to right) but on the other side of the ****** hump it was odd but not impossible.

see, I want to put a body kit on it anyway, meaning, the bumpers come off anyway, so, the damage doesn't really bother me that much...
