If you saying that since its a truck it should be used as one...then what about all sports cars? Are you saying that if you buy a vette, astin martin, or whatever, and you dont drive it immediatly like it was in the indy 500, that its a waste of money?
I like to break my shit in before I fuk it up.
no, i agree that a break in (even though the manufacturers hardly recommend them anymore) is an absolute must when talking about those kind of vehicles. even cutom ones a person might build themselves. i would in no way endanger a b&b motor without a proper breakin...but after that.....hell yeah, it's on!
and i'm not saying that any car should be driven that way 100% of the time, but by all means, at least thrash it once in awhile as that's what it was built for!...what i'm simply saying is this...if you are not going to use it for it's intended purpose, don't buy it. get something you will use properly.
earlier i made mention to owning three new 4x4's..that's slightly wrong..that count is 4. my wife's new 05 trailblazer is a 4x4, but it's not intended for the offraod scene, though it will see some mud eventually. it's intended purpose is for getting mom and son to the school and grocery store when there is snow on the ground, and will get used as such.
but my 04 z-71 silverado does indeed go offroad as it's the offroad package 4x4 truck...why would a person drive it any other way?
