Nah, payments are the same as when we were renting so its not that bad.

3 bedrooms 2 baths 1355 sqft, with wired workshop in back yard.

I thought getting a mortgage was going to be a pain in the *** but it was relativly easy considering my credit wasn't great, it wasn't bad but not steller.

Thank you, we are expecting our first child in July so we needed somthing bigger then what we had but its more then enough room for us right now.

Nice, nothing like no change in housing costs yet your paying for your house instead of paying somebody else.
