Looks good! I didn't see a garage, or maybe it isn't in the pic. If so, good pick up, if not could have done better.

This makes me miss my house, big time. I have quite a bit of money to put down on a new one, just debating on building or buying.

No garage which sucks, but i can live without that. No house in our area has a garage. That and it would have cost about $15,000 more just to have it.
